Otter's Holt

Otter's Holt is new for late 2008 & 2009 and is a luxurious Wessex built Milbourne lodge cabin with three bed rooms and provides self catering accommodation for six people (8 with the use of a quality sofa bed in the lounge). There is one double (en-suite) and two twin bedrooms. There is decked balcony, a large lounge and a well fitted out kitchen which is equipped with all the necessities you will need for a week or two away. Otters Holt is set to the side of the paddock within a large grassed garden area with lovely country views".

Tarka
Tarka is the master bed room. It has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. It has views over an adjoining field and is situated at the rear of the lodge.

Mij
Mij is a twin bedded room which shares a bathroom with a shower. It has views over the paddock.

Finnbarr
Finnbarr is a twin bedded room which shares a bathroom with a shower. It has views over the paddock and adjoining field and is at the rear of the cabin.

Unlimited free video films to borrow (over 750)

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine/dryer

Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and also has the added benefit of a comfortable sofa bed that can be used for family or guests – i.e. will sleep up to 8. For low season/quiet times discounts may be available for the use of two or one bedroom(s) please ring to discuss.
