| Need A Reason To Visit? |

Minterne House has been the home of the Churchill's and Digby's family for the last 350 years and now the seat of the 12th Lord Digby. It was rebuilt in 1905 by Leonard Stokes after the previous house was destroyed by dry rot. Minterne nestles in 1,300 acres of beautiful Dorset Countryside and is described by Simon Jenkins in his book ‘England’s 1,000 Best houses,’ as a “Corner of Paradise.”

We can wax lyrical all we like about White Horse Farm but our guests can probably tell you best about a holiday with us here in Middlemarsh so below are some of the comments from our visitors to Otter's Holt:
Of course Otter's is new this year and with only a few visitors so far, but we can at least give you a first impression!
Only a short stay but with long lasting impressions!!!! Thank you for a beautifully clean, comfy "home" to stay in.. and the scrummy cake...? What can we say but THANK YOU VERY MUCH XXX
