All of our accommodation has inclusive fuel and lighting, supplied linen & towels, and there are no extra charges for up to two well behaved dogs. Additional options are available for use of the Sofa bed in Ratty's (£20) and a Z-bed for use in any of the cottages (£15).
Yellow marked dates are School Holidays based on LGA Standard School Year and are for information only; actual School Holidays can vary around the UK. In particular please note Easter is early this year and the Easter holiday dates will vary more than normal across the UK this year.

During the winter months we generally only let for longer periods. Sometimes however, we have availability at very short notice. Ask about special terms for Winter Lets, up to 5 months available.
Please be advised our rates do not include any holiday insurance so in your own interests we recommend you consider this. There are many low cost accessible options around, and the following link is an example of such insurance available.
