Cadbury castle is the site of a hill fort & is a scheduled ancient monument, situated on private land. Although there is no actual castle, you can still visit the defensive earthworks and enjoy the panoramic view. Disputed to be the ancient site of King Arthur’s Camelot. There is a small car park on the southern edge of South Cadbury, nearly opposite the path to the castle. Off the A303 at Chapel Cross, 1 1/2 miles east of Sparkford Somerset. CadburyCastle
