General

During our winter period we  can let out our barn cottages for short to medium terms. We can do 4 week breaks for the price of 3 or we can do longer breaks up to 5 months on a licence to occupy – see below on the winter let form..

VIEWING

If you would like to come and see one of the cottages, please call so we can make suitable arrangements for a viewing. If you would like to reserve a cottage or take out a licence, please complete the information as per attached Winter Stay Form. Please note that all of our cottages are offered on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

lFacilities

Each cottage is fully furnished and includes the following facilities: Cooker, microwave, Freeview TV, DVD player (with free films), fridge, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery we think you’ll need. For the Barn Cottages there is a laundry room with a washing machine & dryer (extra charge). There is also an iron & ironing board. “`

 

P.S. We welcome well-behaved pets and supervised dog, up to twp per accommodation(at no extra charge for 2 or less). Dogs must never be left unattended; any damage or stains will have to be charged for.
