Kimmeridge Bay

This bay, south of Kimmeridge via a toll road, offers unspoilt countryside, clifftop parking, beach with safe bathing watersports., walks, Clavell’s Tower, famous rocky ledges at low tide – and no commercialisation. From the A351 south of Wareham follow signposts along minor roads to Kimmeridge. Park in the Kimmeridge Bay car park. It is one of the best places in the country to go rock pooling. Dorset Wildlife Trust runs a marine centre which is open every day in summer.
