Payment Terms

Our current calendars show accommodation availability and pricing after which you can complete our online booking form. A deposit of £125 (per cottage, per week/short break) is required to secure your booking, our preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer. We also offer payment via a PayPal email request or by pre-agreed special circumstances you can send a cheque. The balance is due one month before arrival. Please make cheques payable to: White Horse Farm.

On receipt of your reservation we will promptly confirm your request and hold the booking for up to 5 working days, before sending a final confirmation on receipt of the required deposit.
